The simple act of making time to sit still and pay attention to whatever is arising in a given moment is a profound and courageous thing to do, especially in a world that increasingly stimulates and promotes distraction.  With commitment and the right support, meditation can be a remarkable and transformative practice, most notably in the form of increasing clarity, insight, peace and joy, as well as creating the space to question and reveal the true nature of reality.

Building a consistent practice that enhances layers of concentration and awareness is essential at a time in history that feels increasingly unstable and worrying for many.

The meditation sessions I lead are designed to stimulate inquiry and exploration whilst providing on-going support and the space to ask questions.
